These terms govern your use of this website and, together with any quotation or purchase order we agree, the supply of products and services by Advance Power Solutions ("we", "us"). By using this website you accept these terms.

Use of this website

You may browse this site and use its contact form for genuine business inquiries. You may not use it to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its normal operation.

Product information

We describe our product range as accurately as we can, but the catalogue on this website is indicative rather than exhaustive. Specifications, brands, models and availability change, and images are illustrative. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to supply a particular item at a particular specification — the specification that governs an order is the one stated in our written quotation.

Quotations, orders and prices

This website does not take orders or payments. Supply begins with a quotation issued by us in response to your inquiry.

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation itself.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless the quotation says otherwise.
• An order becomes binding when we accept your purchase order in writing.
• Payment terms are those agreed in the quotation or purchase order.

Delivery and lead times

Lead times quoted are estimates given in good faith and depend on manufacturer and shipping schedules. We will tell you promptly if a date is going to move. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes on payment in full.

Warranty

Products we supply carry the warranty given by their manufacturer, and we will pass through and support any valid claim under it. We do not offer a separate warranty of our own beyond that, and manufacturer warranties do not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear.

Returns

Items supplied incorrectly or damaged in transit should be reported to us promptly on receipt and will be replaced or credited. Items ordered to a customer's own specification, and items specially imported to order, are generally not returnable.

Services

Where we provide services such as energy audits, maintenance or technical support, the scope, schedule and deliverables are those set out in the written proposal for that engagement. Our findings and recommendations are professional opinions based on the information and access available to us at the time.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the products or services concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, revenue or profit.

Intellectual property

The design, text, images and logo of this website belong to us, except for manufacturer brand names and logos, which remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify the products we supply. You may not reproduce material from this site for commercial purposes without our permission.

Links to manufacturer and partner websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Privacy

Information you send us through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version in force for an order is the one published when the order was accepted.
